QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
What to know
before the inquiry.
A few clear answers about the sample collection and the details to confirm for an actual costume.
Can I buy or rent a costume?
This sample lookbook presents design concepts. Purchase and rental options need confirmation for the actual garment. Send its reference and your preference to ask what can be offered.
How can I check availability?
Include the product reference and your preferred dates in an inquiry. Availability is confirmed directly; this static site has no live stock or reservation system.
Are these garments genuinely vintage?
They are described as vintage-inspired. Actual age and provenance need verified information about a real item. A test image does not establish historical authenticity.
Which measurements should I compare?
Use wearer measurements and a similar well-fitting garment, stating units and whether widths are flat or circumference measurements. Ask for the actual costume dimensions and allow for underlayers and movement.
Are collars, hats and other accessories included?
Only a confirmed included-pieces list establishes that. A cap, collar or other layer shown in an illustration may be a styling suggestion, not part of the offer.
What cleaning method should I use?
Follow the instructions for the actual garment and its trims. Ask before treating a mark or using steam, heat, water or a cleaning product. Rental cleaning arrangements must be agreed separately.
Does an inquiry reserve a costume?
No. It requests information. Even a confirmed form receipt does not reserve an item or create an order; specifications, availability, pricing and terms need separate agreement.
For a question about one design, send its name and reference.
